玄武岩连续纤维成形漏嘴的研究

摘    要:以玄武岩矿石为原料生产连续纤维,对玄武岩连续纤维成形所用漏嘴材料、结构及尺寸进行研究.实验结果表明,耐热不锈钢能替代昂贵的铂铑合金作为实验用漏嘴材料,采用孔径为4 mm,高度为13 mm的直角台阶式漏嘴结构,既符合连续纤维成形时的流动特点,便于成形连续纤维,又能满足定位要求,防止侧漏.用此漏嘴研究连续纤维成形技术,极大地降低纤维的生产成本.

Abstract:The material,structure and size of orificed tip for continuous formation of basalt fibers were investigated by using the basalt ore to make continuous fibers.The experimental results showed that the heat-resistant stainless steel could replace the expensive platinum and rhodium as orificed tip material to conduct the experiments on forming continuous fibers. A right-angle stepped orificed tip with diameter of 4 mm and height of 13 mm not only met flow characteristics to easily form the continuous fibers but also satisfied the requirement of poison fixing to prevent from side flowing.The investigation expenses would be reduced greatly if this kind of orificed tip were used to investigate the technique of continuous formation of the fiber.
