| Abstract: | For the purpose of further improving the teaching methods of calisthenics,promoting teaching efficacy,and enhancing students' interests and ability in life-time physical exercise,this paper elaborates on the specific procedures and features of ascending teaching methodology and its influence on calisthenics teaching.This paper employs bibliographic method and induction and incorporates training practice in order to provide theoretical reference for calisthenics teachers. |
