| Abstract: | The Concepts of "dirtily read" ,"Partially serializable" , etc.are introduced and the condition of a schedule being serializ-able is decomposed equivalently into: (a) the schedule is partially seria-lizable, and (b) all read-only transactions that appear in the scheduleare not dirtily read. Further, the application of the established theoryis discussed. |
