| 摘 要： | 依据ISO质量管理体系的内涵,阐述了在大学图书馆办公室实施ISO系列标准的必要性,分析了大学图书馆办公室应用该体系的流程,指出图书馆办公室通过编制质量管理体系文件和记录表单,可提高大学图书馆办公室质量管理水平,推动图书馆事业的发展。

| Abstract: | According to the connotation of ISO quality management system,this paper expounds the necessity of implementing ISO series standards in university library’s office,analyzes the flow path of applying this system in university library’s office, and points out that through compiling the documents and record forms of quality management system,the office of university library can improve its quality management level and promote the development of library cause. |
