Discussion on the Professional Development of Librarians in Information Age

Under the current background of information society, the professional development of librarians is an inevitable choice for the growth of China’s librarians. Overcoming the obstacles against the professional growth of China’s librarians on their professional development road and probing into the concrete paths for the professional growth of China’s librarians have become the important issues in front of us.
