| Abstract: | Implementing the subject librarian system in university library is an important measure for university library to take the challenge and realize the upgrade of self strength.This paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of establishing subject librarian system in university library,expounds the main functions of subject librarian,and puts forward some paths for university library to strengthen the construction of subject librarian team. |
