山西省宁武煤田侏罗系含煤地层为大同组三段,含2号、3号煤层,均为稳定的大部可采煤层。2号、3号煤层煤类为较低变质程度的气煤,具低中灰、特低硫—低中硫、中磷、高挥发分、高热值等特点,可作为很好的气化用煤、炼焦配煤及动力用煤。
