| 摘 要： | 利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马桑叶和茎中的挥发油,并采用气-质联用(GC-MS)方法对挥发油中化学成分进行分析.鉴定出了马桑叶和茎中的挥发油成分中的20及26种化合物,马桑叶挥发油中所鉴定出的主要成分为二苯胺和邻苯二甲酸异丁酯,含量分别为10.22%和10.07%.马桑茎挥发油中鉴定出的主要成分也为二苯胺和邻苯二甲酸异丁酯,但含量与马桑叶中不同,分别为1.61%和1.05%.

| Abstract: | The chemical components of the volatile oils of Coriaria Sinica Maxim are studied.The volatile oils are obtained by steam distillation,and the chemical components are analyzed by GC-MS.There are 20 and 26 kinds of compounds in the volatile oils of leaf and stems of the plant. |
