摘    要:为提高危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析结果的功能延展适用性和过程管理实用性,针对传统的HAZOP分析结果不易查询修改和缺乏可操作的指导措施等问题,以HAZOP分析结果为基础构建工艺风险数据库,设计并开发了应急辅助决策系统,实现了HAZOP风险信息的便捷查询和及时更新,并可获取针对实时生产数据报警的运行指导建议和问题解决方案。该系统将HAZOP分析结果与实时生产过程有机在线结合,从而避免了因信息滞后和反应不及时导致的决策失误,为化工工艺事故的预防和应急决策提供帮助。

Abstract:In order to improve the applicability of hazard and operability (HAZOP) analysis results and the practicality of process management, this paper addresses some problems that traditional HAZOP analysis finds difficult to query and modify, and which lack practical guidance measures. Based on the HAZOP analysis results, we constructed a process risk database, and designed and developed an emergency assistance decision system. The system allowed convenient queries and provided timely updates of process risk information, and can provide real-time operation guidance suggestions and problem solutions for DCS signal alarms. This system organically combines the HAZOP analysis results with the real-time production process, thus avoiding decision errors caused by delayed information and unresponsive reactions, and provides guidance for chemical process accident prevention and emergency decision-making.
