| 摘 要： | “行人”是古今汉语中使用较为频繁的一个词。其内涵所指,在现代汉语中是固定的,即“在路上行走的人”。然在不同历史时期的古籍之中,同样是称为“行人”,其内涵所指却往往不同。概其要者,有九种不同之所指：1、出行的人;2、古代官名;3、古代姓氏;4、使者的通称;5、泛指小吏差役;6、特指征人;7、特指修行之人;8、特指媒人;9、特指活着的人。本文集古籍之用例,对此一一作了较为详尽的阐述。

| Abstract: | The word "pedestrian" is a frequently used word in ancient and present Chinese.In present Chinese its connotation is fixed,but in ancient books in different stages,its connotation is quite different.With many examples from anc ient books,the different signified of the same word has been elaborately expounded in this article. |
