基于RGB三基色原理的手持式颜色检测仪的设计

摘    要:针对物体颜色信息的测量,介绍了一种基于RGB三基色原理的手持式颜色检测仪的实现方法。系统充分利用了MCS系列颜色传感嚣和PICl8Fxx8系列单片机的各种内部资源,实现了数据采集和处理。系统设计出白色发光二极管环形照明系统,覆盖整个可见光范围,使测量结果更准确。通过对标准比色卡上900多种颜色的测量.对理论值进行验证,二者吻合良好。

Abstract:The testing of objects' color is proposed in this paper to solve the problems in practical application. It's introduced that way of handled color recognition device based on RGB 3 -element color in the text. The design of the system are simplified by making good use of the MCS color sensors and the internal resources of the PIC18Fxx8 Micro controllers, so the signal procession is quickly and credible, and white led illuminating system , which covered the scale of visible light, has designed for testing, so the result is more accurately. The experiments of standard over 900 kinds of colors verify the results of above-mentioned theory.
