| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了基于西门子S7400PLC的工业控制系统在5000kg/h制丝生产线中的应用。并详细介绍了控制系统的网络结构、硬件、软件配置以及该系统的各项功能等。控制系统的监控及开发软件分别采用Intellution公司的iFIX3.2和西门子step7,从而保证生产线的可靠稳定的运行。

| Abstract: | An application of industrial control system based on Siemens S7400PLC in 5000 kg / h of tobacco-thread production line was introduced in this article.Additional it describes the details of the network architecture,hardware,software configuration and the other various functions of the control system.The monitoring and control system using Intellution's iFIX 3.2 and Siemens step7 to ensure the stable operation of the production line. |
