广播影视人才培养模式的成功探索

成都理工大学广播影视学院以市场需要为导向，对人才培养模式进行了探索，构建了教室、实验室、工作室“三位一体”模式，专业设置的1＋X模式，教学实践的1，5＋1．5＋1模式，课程教学组织的“一体化”模式，提升学生综合素质的第二课堂模式。培养的人才一专多能，深受社会欢迎，其办学经验对相关高校有较大启示、借鉴作用。

Probe into Cultivation Pattern for Radio,Film and Television Talent

Radio ＆ Fill College of Chengdu University of Technology has already made a fruitful probe into talent cultivation pattern. The school has established its unique innovation system about talent cultivation pattern in the field of radio,from and television, emphasi- zing training students＇ market-oriented capabilities. The system can be elaborated in the several individual terms and measures in prac- rice： the ＂trinity pattern＂ with classroom, laboratory and studio; the speciality provision in ＂1 ＋ X pattern＂; the teaching and practice with ＂1.5 ＋ 1.5 ＋ 1 pattern＂; the ＂integration pattern＂ of curricuhan teaching; the ＂second classroom pattern＂ aim at enhancing students＇ comprehensive quality, etc. After years of such kind of education and professional training, students would become versatile per- son as well as specialists in their majors, equipped with various talents favored by market, such as practical working ability, etc. The em- ployment rate of previous graduates has exceeded 90 %. Even some campus students have been invited to sign contracts of employment before graduation. And more than 10 have gone to some national mass media including China Central Television （CCTV） .
