中程空地导弹武器系统作战效能评估

为定量分析和评估中程空地导弹武器系统在给定条件下完成规定任务的程度,依据美国工业界武器系统效能咨询委员会给出的模型思路和方法,对武器系统的作战效能进行了分析和评估建模。给出了武器系统可用度、可信性和考虑敌方对抗条件下的系统能力、作战效能计算公式,详细讨论了对抗环境对武器系统作战效能的影响和提高武器系统突防概率及作战效能的方法。着重分析了电子对抗环境对突防空地导弹命中毁伤概率的影响,火力对抗环境对突防空地导弹生存概率的影响和提高突防概率的方法,还依据有关文献分析了突防空地导弹撞地概率的计算方法,在分析的基础上均给出了计算公式,据此可定量分析和评估武器系统的作战效能。

In order to analyse rationally and assess the middle-distance air-to-surface missile weapon systems' degree of finishing stipulated task under the given condition, according to the given model thinking and method of the Weapon System Effectiveness Industry Advisory Committee, the weapon systems' combat efficiency is analyzed and the assessed model is built. This article also shows the availability, the dependability of the weapon systems and considered the systems' ability and the count formula of combat efficiency under the enemy's confronting condition, and it discusses in details the effect of combat efficiency of weapon systems because of the confronting condition and improved the charge-defence rate of weapon systems and the methods of combat efficiency. It mainly analyzes the effect of the electron-confronting condition to the charge-defence air-to-surface missile's rate of hit the mark and destruction, the effect of the firepower -confronting condition to the charge-defence air-to-surface missile's rate of existence and the method of improving the charge-defence rate. It also analyzes the count method of the charge-defence air-to-surface missile's rate of bumping against the ground according to the documents concerned. On the base of analyses is it all gives the count formula. On the grounds, it may analyzes rationally and assesses the weapon systems' combat efficiency.
