基于ADAMS的履带式推土机行走装置动力学仿真分析

摘    要:利用Pro/E建立履带式推土机行走装置的三维实体模型,简化后导入ADAMS中对其进行动力学仿真分析,并对驱动链轮、支重轮和履带板之间的作用力进行了仿真研究,为履带行走装置的改进设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The 3D solid model of the crawler walking mechanism of caterpillar bulldozers was set up by the Pro/E software,it was further simplified and imported into ADAMS software.Then the result of dynamic simulation analysis of the crawler walking mechanism of caterpillar bulldozers was analyzed.And the force was researched in driving sprockets,a thrust wheel and the track plate.It provides the theoretical basis for improving design of the other crawler walking mechanism.
