摘    要:
采用非线性有限元软件MARC/AutoForge,通过三维弹塑性热力耦合的有限元方法,模拟了新型油井管用钢33Mn2V双道次张力减径过程中的金属流动情况,分析了工件内外表面的速度场分布规律.模拟结果表明:不论是工件外表面还是内表面,在张力减径过程中金属流动速度分布都是不均匀的;实际生产制订合理的可行性工艺方案时应当考虑这些因素.

Abstract:
The metal flow process of steel 33Mn2V for oil well tubes is simulated using nonlinear finite-element software MARC/AutoForge3.1 by a three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled elasto-plastic finite element method (FEM) in a two-pass tube tension-reducing process,and the velocity field of the inside and outside surface of work-piece is analyzed.The simulated results intuitionally visualize the metal flow and show that their non-uniform spatial distribution on the inside and outside surface of work-piece is...
