摘    要:
影响英语听力的主要因素有语言的、化背景的和心理的,它们在听力训练中需要分别对待又要综合考虑。循序渐进地从语感这个根本抓起,以适当的内容为导向,鼓励多听、善听,坚持量领先、质跟进的操作原则,是提高听力的最佳途径之一。

Abstract:
In the teaching process of listening comprehension, many linguistic, cultural and psychological factors have to be dealt with both separately and comprehensively. One of the best ways to improve listening comprehension most effectively is to stick to the framework of developing the language sense, selecting appropriate materials on the principle of enough quantity first followed by much quality.
