紫海胆人工育苗技术的改进

摘    要:为了提高紫海胆人工育苗效率,于2019年5月—2020年8月,以天然紫海胆为亲本,对亲本促熟和幼体培育技术进行了改进。在亲本暂养期间足量投喂海带和牡蛎,两周后进行催产,亲本排放率达到90%,且配子受精率达到95%,孵化率达到85%。在幼体培育过程中采用超滤海水和不换水育苗,并结合少量多次的投饵方法,使八腕幼体存活率达到74.95%,最终获得了3~8 mm的稚海胆30万余个,提高了紫海胆人工育苗效率。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of artificial rearing of Heliocidaris crassispina,this study took natural H.crassispina as parents from May 2019 to August 2020,and improved the maturity acceleration of the parents and breeding techniques of the larvae.During the parental holding period,fed with sufficient amounts of kelp and oysters,and the spawning was induced two weeks later.The parental spawning rate reached 90%,the gamete fertilization rate reached 95%,and the hatching rate reached 85%,respectively.And in the process of larval rearing,ultra filtered seawater and no changing water were used and combined with trickle feeding.The survival rate of the eight arm larvae was 74.95%.Finally,more than 300 000 juveniles (3-8 mm) were obtained,which improved the efficiency of H.crassispina artificial seed rearing.
