| 摘 要： | 结合近几年来担任大学班主任的工作经历，从建立完善大学生班主任工作制度、关爱学生与学生谈心、积极参加班级活动、抓学风和培养学生能力四个方面对大学班主任工作进行了总结分析和探讨，最终取得了较好的效果。
