| 摘 要： | 玉米浆中磷含量的测定方法,是常规的钼蓝比色法应用于液态有机样品中磷的总含量测定。采用液态样品的固化处理、硝化与灰化相结合的方法,能使有机磷彻底转变为无机磷,是磷含量微量分析的一种常规、简便、行之有效的分析方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the colorimetric method of molybdenum blue is used to datermine the amount of phosphorus in corn steep liquor. The liquid sample is solidified. then dealed with nitrating. The liquid sample is solidified, then dealed with nitrating and cinefaction. The organic phosphorus turns into inorganic phosphorus, then is determined by colorimetric method of molybdenum blue. This method is simple and effective. |
