壳聚糖希夫碱钴催化剂催化苯乙烯反应研究

摘    要:以壳聚糖为载体,制备出固载型金属希夫碱钴催化剂,使用红外光谱仪对其结构进行了表征.并以固载型金属希夫碱钴为催化剂,苯乙烯为底物,考察催化剂催化双氧水氧化苯乙烯的性能.结果表明,较佳的工艺条件为:温度50℃,催化剂用量0.3g,苯乙烯0.315g,溶剂用量20mL,反应时间12h.

Abstract:The immobilized metal schiff base cobalt catalyst was prepared with chitosan.The resulting compound was characterized by IR spectroscopy,and tested as catalyst for the oxidation of styrene using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant.The result shows that the optimization process conditions are temperature 50 ℃,amount of catalyst 0.3 g dosage of solvent 20 mL and time 12 h.
