| 摘 要： | 农村教师劳动既具有教师劳动的一般特点,又具有其劳动的特殊性,突出表现为教师劳动的多面性、独立性和艰苦性。由此对农村教师专业化素质提出了特殊要求,主要是热爱农村教育、关爱农村学生的教师职业道德;"一专多能"的教师知识和能力,特别是适应农村教学工作需要的学科专业知识和技能,以及创新能力;更需要有为农村教育事业"捧着一颗心来,不带半根草去"的献身精神。
