摘    要:用邻二氮菲分光光度法和1-(2-吡啶偶氮)2-萘酚(PAN)-聚乙烯醇(PVA-124)光度法分别测定了广西宜州市市场上的苦荬菜中铁和锌的含量,可为苦荬菜的合理食用和进一步开发苦荬菜产品提供依据。

Abstract:Based on the 1,10 -phanenthrolane can react with Fe( Ⅲ ) to form a complex and the 1 - (2 - pyridine azo) 2 - naphthol can react with Zn ( Ⅱ ) to form another complex, a determination method of the contents of iron and zinc in Ixeis from a market of Yizhou by spectrophotometru is introduced. The result provides the basis for guiding people reasonably to eat Ixeis and exploiting the products of it.
