| 摘 要： | 用邻二氮菲分光光度法和1-（2-吡啶偶氮）2-萘酚（PAN）-聚乙烯醇（PVA-124）光度法分别测定了广西宜州市市场上的苦荬菜中铁和锌的含量，可为苦荬菜的合理食用和进一步开发苦荬菜产品提供依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the 1,10 -phanenthrolane can react with Fe（ Ⅲ ） to form a complex and the 1 - （2 - pyridine azo） 2 - naphthol can react with Zn （ Ⅱ ） to form another complex, a determination method of the contents of iron and zinc in Ixeis from a market of Yizhou by spectrophotometru is introduced. The result provides the basis for guiding people reasonably to eat Ixeis and exploiting the products of it. |
