摘    要:以某人字行星传动系统为例,采用Pro/E软件建立了内齿圈结构参数化模型,利用Ansys软件计算了轮体结构前25阶固有频率和振型.为了解决目前商用软件在求解结构稳态响应时,无法考虑载荷作用点也随时间周期变化的问题,采用模态叠加法进行结构循环瞬态计算,结合外部稳态判断程序求得在系统动载荷作用下,内齿圈结构不同轮缘厚度下的稳态动位移和动应力响应,为相关齿轮结构设计、修改提供依据.

Abstract:The steady-state responses of internal gear structure in Herringbone gear planetary transmission was thoroughly studied. The parametrized model of the internal gear structure was firstly established by commercial package Pro/E. The modal analysis was then carried out by using commercial packages Ansys.
