| 摘 要： | 基于对水泥的密相气力输送试验，研究了栓压、栓速、栓长之间的关系。研究结果表明，栓速一定时，栓压随栓长的增加而增加；栓长不变时，栓压随栓速的增大而增大；实际工程中可取料气速度比为0．9。

| Abstract: | Base on the dense phase pneumatic conveying experiment of cement, the relations among plug pressure, plug velocity and plug length were investigated. The result showed ,with a given plug velocity, plug pressure increased when plug length increased and ,with a given plug length ,plug pressure and plug velocity have the same relation. The ratio of solid and gas velocity may be assumed to be 0.9 in industrial application. |
