| Abstract: | With the further development and the deep reforming in higher education,teachers and staff in colleges and universities are faced with more opportunities to develop.Meanwhile,they also come across more psychological pressures and challenges.This paper mainly analyzes how the pressure problems come into being.Furthermore,the author also puts forwards some countermeasures and suggestions on how to relieve the occupational stress among teachers in colleges and universities. |
