摘    要:以苯乙酸和酚类化合物为主要原料,在微波辅助下,以BF3-Et2O为催化剂,DMF-PCl5为关环试剂,用改进的"一锅煮"法,一步高产率地合成了7,4’-二羟基异黄酮,7-羟基异黄酮,4’,5,7-三羟基异黄酮和5,7-二羟基异黄酮.与传统转化方法相比,该方法简单、快速和经济.

Abstract:Daidzein,Genistein,7-hydroxyisoflavones and 5,7-dihydroxyisoflavones are synthesized by using improve one-pot procedure from the polyhydric phenol and hydroxysubstituted phenyl acetic acid catalyzed by boron-etherate under microwave irradition with good yields.Their structures are confirmed by 1H-NMR,IR,MS spectra and element analysis.Compared with the conventional method,it is simple,rapid and eco-friendly.
