二步法制备CeO_2纳米涂层

摘    要:研究发现一步法制备CeO2涂层保护层的表面存在裂纹和孔洞,为了提高薄膜的表面质量,采用二步法制备CeO2纳米涂层,用XRD和SEM研究了制备的薄膜,确定制备的参数,试验结果表明,二步法能够得到表面质量高的CeO2薄膜涂层。

CeO2 Nano-coating Film Prepared in Two Step MOD Method

Abstract:The nano-coating CeO2 films were deposited on Ni substrates by one step MOD method caused the surface of CeO2 films to crack easily.An advanced method two step method was employed to prepare the protected film,the XRD and SEM was used to show the results.The results indicate that heating the sample at a speed of 5℃/min and sintering the sample at 1100℃ in the second step,then the sample can form smooth and very dense.The result indicates that two-step process can improve the surface qualityof CeO2 buffer layer.
