大理某高校教职工体检结果分析

目的：了解高校教职工的健康状况，为做好教职工的预防保健工作提供依据。方法：对大理某高校1017名教职工健康检查资料进行分析。结果：参加健康检查的1017名人员中有670人检出各种不同疾病，总检出率为65．9％，男女之间具有高度显著性差异（P〈0．01）。受检人员中，以高血脂检出率为最高（44．6％），脂肪肝检出率次之（20．7％），男女之间具有高度显著性差异（P〈0．01）。489名女性受检人员有154例检出各种妇科疾病，检出率为31．5％。妇科疾病中以乳腺小叶增生检出率最高（16．8％），子宫肌瘤检出率次之（6．7％），慢性宫颈炎检出率位居第三（6．1％）。结论：高校教职工特别是中年知识分子的身体健康状况不客乐观，应加强高校教职工医疗保健工作，重视教职工定期体检工作。

Analysis of the Results of the Physical Examination among the Teaching Staffs at Dali University

Objective: The analysis was carried out in order to know the health situation of the teaching staffs at Dali University and provide the evidence to set down the school's health policy.Methods: The physical examinations of 1017 staffs including the retired were done firstly,and then the statistical analysis methods were utilized.Results: 670 among 1017 staffs had various kinds of diseases,with a significant difference between the males and the females(P<0.01).The disease with the highest screened rate(44.6 %) was high blood fattiness,the one with the second highest screened rate(20.7%) was fatty liver and there was also a significant difference between the males and the females(P<0.01).154 among the 489 female staffs had various kinds of gynecological diseases(31.5%).The disease with highest screened rate among the gynecological diseases(16.8%) was the breast disease.The one with the second(6.7%) was womb tumor.The third was cervicitis(6.1%).Conclusion: The health situations among the staffs at Dali University were not so good,and the school authority should take various measures to improve the staff health such as reinforcing health educations and improve the sport instruments and so on.
