复合煤泥脱水助滤剂的研究

摘    要:以表面活性剂SLL及SLL与Span85的复配物为乳化剂,醇为助乳化剂,煤油为分散介质,在引发剂过硫酸钾的引发下进行了微乳液聚合,制备了聚丙烯酰胺反相微乳液。探索了制备微乳液的条件,并用聚合后的药剂进行煤泥真空过滤脱水试验和浮选试验。试验结果表明,用SLL及SLL与Span85复配物为乳化剂均能制成微乳液,经聚合得到的复合体对煤泥具有很好的助滤脱水效果。不加单体的微乳液是一种良好的煤泥浮选捕收剂。

Abstract:An inverse microemulsion system of polyacrylamide;using SLL or the complexes SLL and Span85 as emulsifiers ,alcohol as cosurfactant ,kerosene oil as dispersive medium and potassium persulfate as initiator; was prepared and investigated.The conditions forming microemulsion was searched and filtration and floatation test of fine clean coal by using the systems after polymerization was carried of .The results showed that it can form microemulsion with emulsifier SLL or the complexes of SLL and Span85,and it represented better filtration effect using the systems after polymerization as filter aid. In addition, the microemulsion without acrylamide was a good collector of fine clean coal.
