| 摘 要： | 长春市防汛抗旱管理信息系统利用WEB- GIS技术,以SuperMap IS.net为开发平台,对长春市的水利水情进行管理,不仅实观了水情雨情的现代化管理及分析,还融合遥感影像、数字高程模型,实现了饮马河全流域三维动态模拟功能。系统地介绍了长春市防汛抗旱管理信息系统建设目标、系统结构、基本功能和开发平台。

| Abstract: | The article systematically introduced Chang- chun flood prevention and drought resisting manage- ment information system construction goal,the system structure,the basic function,and develop the plat- form.Changchun flood prevention and drought resisting management information system uses the WEBGIS, technology to carry on the management to Changchun's water conservation based on the SuperMap IS.net.it is not only realize the function of modern management and analyzes to the water rainfall situation,but also merges the remote sensing image and DEM to realize the function of 3D dynamic simulation. |
