自然循环两相流系统压降特性研究

摘    要:两相流压降特性是两相流稳定性研究中的重要特征参数,不同类型的不稳定有不同的压降特性与之对应。本文在清华大学核能技术设计研究院的5MW热工水力模拟实验台架上对自然循环条件下两相流压降与系统流量的关系进行了实验研究。对自然循环和强迫循环流动中压降流量特性进行了比较。实验发现在发生振荡时,压降与流量反相,加热段入口欠热度保持不变。在压降流量相图上,振荡呈现为逆时针方向周期6s的极限圈。

Abstract:Two phase flow pressure drop characteristic is an important parameter in the study of two phase flow stability. Static and dynamic characteristics of pressure drop vs. flow rate in the process of natural circulation were studied on the apparatus of 5 MW nuclear heating reactor hydrodynamic modelling test loop. The pressure drop characteristic in natural circulation was compared with that in forced circulation. It was found that pressure drop in the process of oscillation is opposite phase to flow rate and the inlet subcooling of heating section remains constant. A counter clockwise limit cycle with period of 6 seconds is found in the phase picture of pressure drop and flow.
