Abstract:
As the repeat accumulate code (RA code) had the advantage of low density parity code (LDPC) and Turbo code. So it became a research focus in the field of channel coding. As a way to combine the channel coding with cooperative diversity system, the coded cooperation could bring both coding gain and diversity gain to the communication system. In this paper, the cooperative diversity system had been studied and a scheme was also proposed which applies RA code in cooperative diversity system. It could realize virtual diversity by two different users sending different parts of the code in separate channels. The result showed that the bit error rate in RA code cooperative diversity system was lower than that in the non cooperative diversity system. So the performance of RA code cooperative diversity system had been significantly increased.
