| Abstract: | When manufacturing oil neoprene paint, it is on fire easily due to high temperature, and brings huge harm to production. This paper expounds the principle of manufacturing waterproof neoprene paint by utilizing cold cut method, puts forward the corresponding solving methods in the light problems existing in production, determines the reasonable productive technology. |
