脱氮污泥驯化方法初探及曝气量控制研究

摘    要:采用进水浓度逐步上升方法驯化脱氮污泥,获得的活性污泥脱氮性能良好,氨氮去除率达到90%以上,TN去除率最高达到59.0%.实验表明:采用该方法驯化脱氮污泥,实现同步硝化反硝化是有效可行的.在进水氨氮浓度每一提高阶段,氨氮去除率总有下降阶段,但经过3~7周的适应性运行后,系统氨氮去除恢复稳定,达到95%以上.同时,在该实验范围内,COD的提高对氨氮去除也有明显影响,氨氮去除率也有先下降后升高,最终稳定的过程.不同曝气量控制实验发现,在中间曝气量下(本实验为0.7 L/min),能实现较好的脱氮效果,TN去除率达到41.2%.实验表明,存在一中间曝气量,低于或高于该中间值,TN去除率均会降低,当曝气量比较低时,不仅TN去除受影响,氨氮去除率也会降低.

Abstract:It's a effective and valid method to cultivate and enrich denitrifying sludge,by adopting the stage by stage rising method.The active denitrifying sludge can behave well,with the NH+4-N removal rate 95%,and the TN maximun removal rate 59.0%.among each stage,the NH+4-N removal rate will drop a little,but can get right within 3~7 cycles.COD can also affect the NH+4-N removal rate.By controling the deffierent aeration rate,denitirfying effection can achieve the best in the middle aeration rate,with the TN removal rate 41.2%.TN removal rate can be affected if the aeration rate is higher or lower a certain value.When the aeration rate is lower than usual,not only the TN removal rate will be reduced,but also the NH+4-N will be reduced,too.
