泡沫铝合金的制备方法及性能测试

摘    要:
用化学方法筛选出一种新型的无机复合盐颗粒,将低压渗流法制备泡沫铝合金改为上压渗流铸造法。用驻波管法对制备的样品进行吸声系数测定。结果表明,随孔径的减小、空隙率的增大,其综合吸声系数有增大的趋势。

Abstract:
(?)ical screening method, the sample of foam aluminium alloay was prepared by means of up-per-pressure seeping method rather than low-pressure seeping method. Sound absorbent properties of the samples has been measured with standing wave method, the measurement results showed that the complex sound absorbent performance of the alloay matreial got improved as pore size inside decreased and voidage increased.
