摘    要:在涡旋压缩机涡旋齿型线修正的图解法的基础上,建立了一种新的渐开线圆弧修正的解析法,并得出了型线修正的设计公式和修正型线的方程.解析法的计算结果可以精确到15位以上,提高了型线修正的设计精度.

Abstract:A new analytic method for modification of the wrap of the scroll compressor by means of involute arc is presented on the basis of the graphic method. The equation of the modified wrap profile and the designing formula of profile modification are also obtained. The computation accuracy can be as high as more than 15 digits, so that the designing accuracy of profile modification is improved. it is favorable to improve precision increase the wrap precision.
