摘    要:采用ICP—AEs法对内蒙古地区的红柳、沙枣和沙柳3种沙生木本植物中的金属元素进行测定和分析.该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,加标回收率为95.1%-110.3%,RSD〈3.4%,结果表明,常量元素Na、K、Mg、Ca、Al及植物生命活动所必需的微量元素Cu,Fe、Mn、Zn在3种沙生木本植物中的含量顺序不同’且Cu,Fe、Mn、Zn4种元素的含量均低于其他陆生高等植物的平均含量。

Abstract:In This paper, the contents of metal elements in three kinds of desert plants Salix bordensis, Elaeagnus angustifolia and Salix psarnrnophila from Inner Mongolia were determined by ICP-AES technique. The recoveries obtained by standard addition method is between 95.1% and 110.3% ,and its RSD is lower than 3.4%. The results show that major elements such as Na,K,Mg,Ca,AI and plant vital activities essential trace elements Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn have a different contents orders in these desert plants, and 4 elements contents of Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn are lower than the average contents of other terrestrial plants.
