| 摘 要： | 在国务院推进重庆市统筹城乡改革和发展的大好形势下，重庆高等教育资源虽然面，临良好发展机遇的优势，但是高校总体数量较少，建设投入不足以及使用效能等问题，使得供需矛盾突出，制约着城乡统筹发展。通过调整高等教育资源布局，改革资源配置方式，多种办学模式有机结合，实施产学研一体化行动计划以及加大资金投入等措施，可以进一步推进与城乡统筹发展相适应的高等教育资源建设。 |
