大学武术五步教学法初探

摘    要:武术运动深受广大大学生的喜爱,根据本学生身心发展需要与武术教学特点而设计采用的五步教学法,与传统教法相比,更有利于激发学生的学习积极性,启发学生的思维,提高学生的心智参与度,能够有效地培养学生的独立性和创造性,增强他们的学习能力,从而牢固地掌握武术知识和技术。

Abstract:Wushu is popular among the university students, compared with traditional teaching method, five-step teaching method is designed andadopted according to the need of the university students'physical and mental health and the feature of Wushu teaching that is more advantageousto arouse the students'enthusiasm on study, inspire the students'thinking and increase the students'participation in class. It can also effectivelytrain the independence and creativeness of the students, improve their learning ability, thus firmly mastering the knowledge and skill on Wushu Taolu.
