| 摘 要： | 高校凝聚力是高校教职工自愿分担学校风险和实现学校现实目标并推动学校稳定发展的一种综合力。高校凝聚力的构造和形成有赖于学校发展目标的激励力，学校领导的影响力，学校内部团结广大教职工民主参与管理的驱动力，学校每一分子的向心力，学校内部之间，个人之间及每一主体内在的协调力，学校外部发展环境的冲击力等。
