风扇磨煤机微机实时监控系统

介绍了一种采用工业 Ｐ Ｃ机对山东龙口发电厂风扇磨煤机进行实时监控系统的设计思路、系统结构、软件设计及技术特点。系统设计完善、精度高、速度快，集监控与管理于一体，既可实现对磨机振值实时检测与控制，又可描述其振动曲线、历史趋势图，为磨机合理调配、科学的维护起指导作用。结果表明：系统运行可靠，动作准确，数次排除了飞磨的隐患，取得了可观的经济效益。

Real Time Detection and Control System for Fan Styled Coal Grinding Machine

This paper briefly describes the real time detecting and control system for a fan styled coal grinding machine,which is used in Longkou Electrical Plant in Shandong province.It emphatically describes the structure, software,function and characteristic of the system.The system is well designed,with high accuracy and quick response speed,and includes the functions of supervisory control and management.It can not only detect and control the vibrating altitude of the grinding machine,but also display the vibrating graph and the developing trend graph.It can scientifically guide the prepare and maintenance of the mill.The result shows that this system is very reliable and accurate.It foreboded the happening of the grinding machine havoc phenomenon for several times,thus generates considerable financial profit.
