粒状FeCu纳米颗粒体磁性和磁粘滞性的研究

摘    要:溶胶法制备了不同粒度的FeCu纳米颗粒体,X射线衍射(XRD)确定了样品的相组成和颗粒的平均粒度,振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量了样品在不同温度下的磁化曲线,磁滞回线,涨落场和有效激活体积.“趋近饱和定律”方法求出了样品的有效磁各向异性常数.利用均匀反磁化模型计算了样品的矫顽力,计算值与测量值基本相符.结果表明,样品的激活体积随颗粒体积的增大而增大,激活体积与颗粒的平均体积的大小基本属于同一数量级,粒状FeCu纳米颗粒的反磁化基本符合均匀反磁化.

Abstract:Granular FeCu nanoparticles have been prepared by using a sol gel method.The phases and mean particle sizes of the particles have been determined by XRD method.The magnetization curves,fluctuation field and effective activation have been obtained by using a VSM.The effective magnetic anisotropy constant of the particles have been measured by using the Law of Approach to Saturation(LATS).The theoretical coercivity has been calculated by uniform rotation model.The theoretical coercivity is about consistent with the experiment one.It is shown that the activation volume becomes larger when the particle sizes increase.The activation volume and the particle sizes are about in the same order.
