| Abstract: | Higher professional education is the professional education to train the applied type of the qualified personnel for the forefront of production, management and service. The qualified personnel who higher professional education trains should meet the need of modernized construction. Higher professional education is in the special position in the development of the national economy and society, and it provides the society with the applied type of the qualified personnel, propels science and technology's development forward and raises labors' quality. |
