摘    要:
本研究通过二次通用旋转回归试验,阐明了清选喂入量和前、后圆筒筛线速度对各项性能指标的影响规律,建立了清选机构的主要运动参数与物料通过率之间的回归方程.在试验范围内,以通过率为目标函数,以试验参数的变化范围为边界约束条件进行了优化计算,获得了较佳的配合方案.

Abstract:
Through a scientific quadratic current turning regressive test,we have observed the regu- larity,with which the input for cleaning and separating and the linear velocity of the back and front rotary screens affect the performance indices and set up the regressive formula between the major movement parameters of the mechanism and the passing rate of the seed and material.Within the test limits,we made an optimal calculation,by taking the passing rate as the objective function and the variation of the test parameters as the boundary condition and got a better scheme for coordina- tion.
