联合循环与过程能量集成的温焓曲线夹点分析法

摘    要:
将全局夹点分析法扩展到燃气蒸汽联合循环与过程装置进行整体能量集成。利用全局温焓分布曲线,分析燃气透平与过程集成、燃气蒸汽联合循环,以及在实现各过程装置内部热量交换的基础上的全局过程剩余热阱和热源与联合循环公用工程系统的能量集成。应用实例表明,温焓曲线的夹点分析法可方便、直观地用于联合循环与过程全局夹点分析能量集成,包括余热回收、热功联产、联合循环系统的设计和综合,能耗明显下降。

Abstract:
This paper presents a method of energy integration for gas turbine and process cogeneration of heat and power. By making use of pinch analysis of total site composites curves,gas turbine can be integrated with processes directly or indirectly through heat recovery steam generator(HRSG). On the temperature versus enthalpy( t|H ) diagram, unfired,supplementary fired and fully fired HRSG systems and their cogeneration pinch points can be analyzed and compared. For the multi|process system, after fully heat|exchanged inner individual processes, the further integration for heat sources and heat sinks of processes with gas turbine exhaust and steam system of heat|power cogeneration can be analyzed and optimized. The cogeneration example shows that the improvement of energy usage is remarkable.
