| 摘 要： | 采用普查的方法对24小区25岁以上居民2674人进行高血压知识、态度、行为（KAB）调查,了解石河子市居民高血压的KAB情况.结果：调查人群高血压知识知晓率为27.1%,男性高于女性,45岁以下者高于45岁及以上者;患者知晓率、行为危险因素水平高于非患者（P＜0.001）,信念形成率低于非患者;居民对心脑血管疾病知识的知晓率与文化程度成正比.表明以社区为基础的健康教育和行为指导是提高全体居民KAB水平的最佳途径.

| Abstract: | 2674 residents over 25 years of age were selected through census in 24th community and interviewed with a questionnaire about knowledge,attitude and behavior(KAB)of hypertension,aiming at understanding the level of KAB on hypertension in Shihezi.The results show that the rate of awareness among all over the community is 27.1%,men is higher than women,and the group under 45 years of age is higher than that over 45.The rate of awareness on hypertension and the risk level of behavior among hypertension patients are higher than that among non-hypertension group(P<(0.001)),but the attitude formation rate is lower than the latter.The rate of awareness on hypertension exists in direct proportion with the degree of education.The results tell us that health education and behavior guide is the best path to improve the level of KAB about hypertension among the whole population. |
