摘    要:为进一步明确电力电子开关变换电路工作时的近场特性,尝试采用基于有限元方法的ANSYS软件以BUCK电路为例进街。了分析,首先采用场路锅合的方法得到与已有结果相符的电感线圈电流波形,在此基础上对采用不同布局的BUCK电路实体原型建立了有限元模型,并对其进行了3D电磁场分析,得到了清晰的电磁场分布及其变化规律。通过分析为电力电子电路的电磁兼容设计提供了依据和新的思路。

Abstract:For a clear near-field characterization of converter circuits, the finite element method was applied to analyze a BUCK circuit. The current of inductor coil wasftrst calculated by the simulation using Field-circuit coupling and it accorded with the proved results, The finite element model was proposed on the basis of two different BUCK circuit models and the 3D electromagnetic simulation was accomplished according to the model. The clear distribution and its role of electromagnetic field of the circuit were obtained through the results, The objective of the analysis is to provide a reference and put a new way for the EMC design of the power electronic circuits.
