网格圈型紧密集聚纺不同吸风槽集聚效果的模拟与分析

摘    要:为明确网格圈型紧密集聚纺不同吸风槽的集聚效果,采用SolidWorks软件建立集聚区三维模型,利用Fluent6.3软件模拟直型槽、斜型槽、异型槽3种槽型集聚区的气流速度分布.研究表明,异型槽的集聚效果最好,斜型槽最有利于须条的输出,且斜型槽有使须条产生翻滚扭转的可能性.

Abstract:To understand the condensing effect of the different air suction slots of compact spinning with lattice apron,SolidWorks software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of condensing area,Fluent 6.3 software is used to simulate the distribution of flow velocity in condensing area of straight groove,oblique groove,and alien slot.It can be obtained that the compacting effect of the alien slot is the best,oblique groove is more conducive to output the fiber strand,and it can roll and twist the sliver.
