| 摘 要： | 在拉舍尔舌针经编机上编织了6种玻璃纤维单梳经平织物,采用手糊工艺将其与不饱和聚酯树脂复合.在万能材料试验机上测试了单梳经平织物增强复合材料试样的拉伸性能,并对其纵向、横向与斜向应力-应变曲线、弹性模量、断裂强度等进行了分析.结果表明,单梳经平织物增强复合材料的拉伸性能具有明显的正交各向异性特征;织物结构参数的变化,导致了线圈形态、延展线的长度和取向等的差异,使复合材料的拉伸性能不同. |

| Abstract: | Six kinds of single-bar tricot fabrics are knitted on a raschel latch needle warp knitting machine with glass continuous-filament yarns.The glass/unsaturated polyester resin composites are produced by manual molding technology.The tensile properties of single-bar tricot stitch reinforced composite samples are tested on the universal material testing machine.The stress-strain curves,elastic modulus,fracture strengths of composites are analyzed in the course,wale and diagonal directions.The results show that the tensile properties of composites possess obvious orthotropic characteristics.When fabric structure parameters change,the differences of loop shapes,loop lengths and yarn orientations result in the different tensile properties of composites. |
